To View the Clash Detection Markups

In the Primary Tools toolbox, click the Markups Dialog tool to open the Markups dialog.
The clash (named by clash number and job name) displays in the Markups dialog list box.
Select the clash you want to mark up and then click the Create Markup tool.
In the Markups dialog, double-click the clash you want to mark up.
You are switched to the 2D markup sheet. A markup (named sequentially starting with Markup1) is added to the list box in the Markups dialog.
In the markup sheet, use the tools in the Redline task to redline and mark up the display of the clash.
In the Markups dialog, click the New Comment icon and in the New Markup Comment dialog that opens, add your comments and click OK.
The comments display in the Comment section of the Markups dialog.
When finished marking up the clash, in the Markups dialog, click Switch to Review.

You are returned to the 3D model.
Right-click the clash you marked up and from the pop-up menu, select View to open the Markup View window, which can be docked to the Markups dialog.
For the marked-up clash, in the Results tab of the Clash Detection dialog, the Status column changes to Assigned and the Assigned To column changes to Markup.
